Warranty, Replacement, and Return Policy 1. Cancellation Policy "Alnamariq Comfortable Mattress Store" Your right to cancel When you place a purchase request from "Alnamariq Comfortable Mattress Store" you can cancel your order at any time before the products are shipped to your address, this means if you change your mind about your order or decide for any reason that you no longer want it, you can notify us by contacting us via WhatsApp or direct call and cancel your order, you will have the full right to cancel your order and we will refund the full amount to the same account used during the payment process. If you wish to cancel your purchase due to incorrect stock data or if the product you ordered is unavailable, we will refund your full amount as soon as possible. In case of partial cancellation of orders or some quantities, refunds will be partial according to the canceled quantity, and the difference will be deducted from the total amount. If you cancel the entire order (full cancellation) before shipping and within the "cancellation period" allowed, you will have the full right to receive the full amount you paid (purchase price, delivery, and assembly fees). Mattress warranty More than 5cm mattress sagging Broken springs or wires Tearing at the seams upon receipt of the mattress Protruding springs or wires outside the mattress layers Alnamariq Comfortable Mattress Bed Policies The product is guaranteed for 5 years and does not include misuse The warranty does not cover fabric cuts After customer confirmation of the detailed specifications and completion of purchase, returns and replacements are not allowed Some specifications may be modified after tailoring at a cost to be determined and agreed upon. If there are multiple colors in the displayed product image within the online store, the color selected by the customer applies to the entire product (one color) unless the customer states otherwise in the notes section when completing the order. Noises from the bed base Separation of wooden bed sides Scratches resulting from transportation, loading, unloading, or handling by the company Items not covered by the warranties Body impressions on the mattress Use of mattresses for commercial purposes Poor storage in unsuitable places Fabric color change, staining, or exposure to burns Natural change in mattress softness over time Dampness, fluid leaks, or spills on the mattress or bed Natural sagging less than 3cm from the original height of the mattress Improper transportation causing deformation or twisting Failure to follow instructions for rotating or flipping the mattress according to its type Using an inappropriate bed base (e.g., slatted wooden bases) Bending, folding, improper handling, or transportation causing damage or deformation of the internal structure Using incorrect cleaning materials or methods, such as burning or ironing fabrics Damage to handles, which are only used for rotating and adjusting the position of the mattress and not for carrying it Using mattresses or beds for purposes other than their intended use, such as jumping on them or sitting on the edge constantly. 4. Return, Repair, and Replacement Conditions "Alnamariq Comfortable Mattress Store" Return and replacement terms Products purchased from Alnamariq Comfortable Mattress Store can be returned or replaced within 7 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions: The product is in its original packaging. The product is in its original condition as received by the customer. Having a copy of the original invoice or any other proof of purchase. The product is within standard sizes and does not include custom or detailed sizes. Delivery fees are free for products with manufacturing defects or damage upon receipt; otherwise, delivery fees are charged starting from 25 for ready-made products and 150 for mattresses. Repair terms The warranty covers free repair of damaged parts in case of manufacturing defect, but the warranty does not mean replacement or refund. Repair time may take up to 15 working days depending on the customer's area. The mattress will be collected from the customer based on the original invoice or other proof of purchase. During the warranty period, repairs are free according to the warranty terms in the warranty policy section. The value of the repair is estimated after inspecting the mattress. Fabric and some internal fillings can be changed. Size adjustments with reduction are based on the type, quality, and lifespan of the mattress. The store reserves the right to cancel orders if they are out of stock or if there is a pricing error.
